Removable disk

Hello,
I am trying to recover my son's computer user's password that I myself chosed as administrator a while ago, and I forgot what it is...
I was told to insert a removable disk (G:), where do I find it? I am using a 3GB HP G60 230us notebbok. Please help!!!

Hi there,
This could possibly be just giving an example of a drive letter.
therefore any removable disk such as a pen drive should work fine.
give it a try.
is this users account THE administrators account
or is it your sons account with administrator privileges?
