Internet is connected but I can't browse

Hello,
I have tried the cmd, tus as admin, netsh winsock reset thing and it says access denied. My internet is connected but I still can't surf the web. What should I do?

OK is this a wireless connection? What happens if you plug into the router with an ethernet cord? Just because you have wifi, does not mean the router is routing it. Contact your ISP and have them assist you, you are already paying for it!
