Transcend 4gb pendrive not detected

Hello,
My pendrive was working all well but since yesterday it's not being detected in my sister's laptop.
When I inserted the light flashed for a second then it's not responding at all
Please help

I suggest you try it in another computer. If it doesn't work in the second computer then you will need to replace it.
