Ethernet cable is connected tho

Hello,

My ps4 internet connection has an error, I try everything but this stupid error with download speed is not resolve, so I can’t update games or play them. But I can still log in to my account and even speak to friends in group chat ????

Please help

System Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2


Got the same problem but everything else works, and the download speed is the one failing!

sounds like either broken ethernet cable or closed ports. call your ISP and ask if u have closed ports if yes then ask to open them.
