Can't log into my Yahoo account and dont have access to old phon number

I know the ID and the password of my Yahoo account. But currently I'm trying to sign in while oversea. So Yahoo is detecting "unusual activity". Yahoo is asking me to verify by using my old phone number. I dont have access to that anymore. How can I log in?

Everytime i try to recover it, it's always take me back to my old phone number.
