Won't load

Hello,

I installed the software but it does not continue to the second step of the installation> when I click on the icon nothing happens. I am running Mozilla as my internet but I can't figure out how to turn off the firefox. I think this may be the problem. Anyone know how to turn off Firefox?

You just have to uninstall mozilla... go in control panel and click on uninstall!
