Sumsang computer shuts down randomly (Not heated)

Hello,

I have a problem with Samsung laptop it goes off every after 1 minute but its not heated up and when you press the power button to start it, it just resumes windows and I find all the programs the way they were before it going off




System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 98.0.4758.82

It can be a number of reasons.

If you are absolutely positive your fan is ok (try to clean it, though), then try reinstalling Windows, maybe some drivers make the mess. This will help you even if your Samsung is attacked by a virus.

Also, open your laptop and vacuum all the dust, if you didn't already.
