Hello

Just yesterday my PC - Toshiba satellite lap top gave me this message when I plugged my SAMSUNG SGH D 880 USB in PC in order to load some photos from laptop into the phone. I have a disc, I loaded the USB driver from it, but still my laptop can not recognize my SAMSUNG and I am getting the same prompt.

PLEASE HELP ME, my girlfriend will leave me if I do not send the photos to her !!!

Hi this problem could be coz of some abrasions in the USB port may be when u were trying to force it inside.Try to use the same in some other PC or if possible purchase a USB connecting wire so that you can insert your flash disk directl there. also try disabling the USB ports reboot & then enable once again you can use windows help guide to enable/disable USB ports .You will not admin rights for the same.
