I KEEP GETTING POP-UPS SAYING I AM SIGNED- IN IN SEVERAL
PLACES. HOW IS THAT AND WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ANYTHING
THE POP-UPS ARE ANNOYING

This means someone who got your password is signing in your account,

i will advise you to change your password,

This is more careful to do
