If you dont have Digital persona personal in your computer get it from

To resolve the issue we need to uninstall the fingerprint device Validity Sensor from device manager and then restart the notebook and then install the fingerprint reader drivers.Here is the link to download the driver.

during setup press on cancel when
prompted that the device is not connected and
continue installation without device
restart pc and switch on the device from program files
