How to change the Cpmputer languagge

Hello,

I have recently purchase a Notebook (with Window XP) in South Korea. It is in Korean Language. I want to change it into English (UK) without formatting as I am not having CD Drive. Since I donot know the Korean Language, So i am having difficulties to change the same.
Please help me on that.

NO way. Find a computer shop in the UK and have them load an English version using your COA key. They will have a USB CD drive.
