I am not getting display

Hello,
i am not getting display .key board line also not ketting .i checked all connection.my pc is old one.pc ram is ddr.i am using display card .what is the problem?

Dear Sir,

Firstly check whether the 15 pin monitor cable is well plugged and the power supply

cable too. If the source of the problem isn't there, please check whether your graphic

card is not faulty. Please confirm the issue for further help.
