Lg monitor problem

Hello,



<I bought a lg flatron monitor last year and i faces so many times to this problems that is
whenever I start the computer it show the power saving mode or check info plug.
Please help me to solve the problem

Please check whether the problem is not coming from the motherboard or its graphic card.
