Random beeping and shut downs compaq c700

Hello,
My compaq c700 laptop randomly beeps and randomly shuts down not necessarily together.

Hi,

Remove your memory stick and clean it with some alcohol or use a rubber eraser to clean it,then fit in slot,it can also be overheating with laptop,is it hot when its turned off?can you start immediately after the shutdown?try to reply to these requests,
