Required help on administrator account

Hello,


i m able to log in with normal user accout but not able to log in with local administrator accout bcz the account is disabled..

As every time I am trying to enabled it through the path control pannel - Performance & maintenance - administrative tool - computer managment - system tools - Local users and Groups - users - Administrator and Account is disabled opetion . It says administrator permission required ( Access denied ) .

Please tell me how can I enable it without reformating the computer .

Hi,

Definitely you need to have an administrative account to be able to activate or disable another account.If there is no other admin account try to boot in safe mode and access Administrator account if unable then you have only option to format pc and create new accounts .
