Hello, I am not sure if i am in the right forums here but here is the question. I recently had my computer fixed by geek squad and they told me the only way to restore the software or the factory settings is by obtaining restore discs from Toshiba and pay them to do it. I have a gateway computer as well in working condition with windows7 on it. Is it possible for me to create a restore disc or backup disc on my gateway and use that to restore my Toshiba? Also, is it possible to download what I need to restore my Toshiba onto an external hard drive and restore it that way as well?
Regards
