Hello
I think before 15 days ago, i don't any anti virus in my system.
I want to download avast antivirus.
I went to google and download it.
After that i install it. But the internet was blocked.
Internet explorer or Mozilla firefox or Google chrome any one was not working.
I tried soo much time and contact my broadband service.
They tell that you must format your system. We check the modem also.
i faced this type of problem.
Please tell at that time what should we do?

As you have mentioned the problem started after you installed Avast Free antivirus, try uninstalling the antivirus and see if the issue is fixed. Use the below mentioned link for details on how to uninstall Avast completely:
