Exclamation mark on my sound device high deffinition audio bus.

I recently got a virus and my daughter who happened to be at home got rid of it for me but we did not notice at the time that my sound had dissapeared. I really need it as I speak to my son serving overseas weekly using skype and I can not do it today as I can not hear a thing. please help I have been on a few help sites and found that there is an exclamation mark on my sound device high deffinition audio bus.

Hello,

Try this 1

Reinstall the audio drivers. You can download the drivers from your PC\Laptop

manufacture's website.

OR

Let us know your PC\Laptop brand name and the complete model number.

Also let us know the operating system you are using.
