How to open my account @ yahoo fast

Hi. I haven't got so much time checking my emails @ yahoo. But when I did. I found out I don't have access anymore to my acct including my facebook. It said I entered a wrong password. I kept signing in but failed. So I followed the instructions on retrieving forgotten password and to changing my password. It's almost a week now I can't seem to open my accoun t. It always say they have already sent my new password thru my email. How can i open my acct when I can't sign in due to not having a passwrexd. I'm tired and exhausted on following their intructions dsy after day with a waste of time and moneyfor the load. Can you please help me on how to retrieve my password? I have lots of important messages in that acct. Thank you very much.
