Hey Darshu. First I'd recommend that you try the drive with another computer or device to see if the same thing happens. If nothing changes and you need to recover your data, then I'd recommend that you try some of the data recovery solutions from this thread: https://www.tomshardware.com/
On the other hand if you just want to be able to use it and don't want any data recovered from it, then I'd recommend that you try to reformat it, either via Disk Management or you could try a formatting tool if your USB flash drive's manufacturer offers one.
