Hello salam deen,
Does the USB device show as a write-protected drive? Have you tried connecting it to a Windows based system and format it from there? What was the result
If you haven't tried any third party software yet, I suggest you to try with some storage administration programs like Gparted and Testdisk. On the Internet there are many other tools that might help you with the issue.
