Hello,
hey i have this problem am a prestige 10 21 days palying and now when i goin to log in in my user (sinay5) i can i froze is loading why???---i can log in in my other users (elchuchon) and not in my mine plz help me and tnx :)

This is a very common problem... please try updating the firmware then contact sony if the problem persists!
