Power saving mode

Hello,
I need some help my PC monitor is in power saving mode. My computer worked fine before I got a graphics card and it went in power saving mode then I took it out and it stayed in power saving mode can you help?

your monitor is in power saving mode because it is not receiving a signal from the computer. It's possible that you need to reset the BIOS to reset the internal video processor. Removing the CMOS battery for 30 seconds should do the trick. But, first unplug the computer.
