Runkeeper is an app that helps you to track your running and exercise progress, follow your health data, train for the upcoming marathon, and share your achievements with other Runkeeper users. The app can be a good motivator for you to improve your sports skills and stop skipping workouts.

How does Runkeeper work?
After you downloaded the app, you can start training with it. Set your goals and start running. Before each workout tap on Start, to pause it, tap Pause, and select Stop when you finished. You can see all your workout data in the graph in your Running History section.
