It’s an app that will help you achieve your weight loss and fitness goals without stepping foot in a gym all within one month. The app will provide a one month training plan (catered to your data input) and over the course of the 30 days, the exercises will increase in difficulty and intensity.

30 Day Fitness Challenge has different workouts to target specific areas of your body so you can choose for example to focus on abs and buttocks one day and the entire body the next. The program is divided into three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.

To get the most out of each exercise, there are video guides, written descriptions and animated graphics and you can also modify the exercises according to your own physical form. This app also includes a calendar in which you can track and see your exercise history categorised by areas of the body.
