Yahoo email id not recognised

Why is the yahoo email id I created two days ago not recognised by yahoo ? I believe if it is more than 12 months it will get deleted . But what about a new email account , yahoo deletes it too. Its getting so annoying with yahoo nowadays.

Did you have an account before? Are they the same address?
