Connected No Internet, Cable modem and Netgear A7000 Router? [Closed]

Hello,

As the Internet slowed down, I reset the modem and now the internet light of the router is orange instead of the regular light blue color. Had multiple chats with my ISP, however no successful solution so far...Please help...Many thanks

Sorry but only your Internet service provider can resolve this issue, after all you paid for it. Insist on quality customer service for your money.

Hello Khawaja, I think there is no issue with your Netgear Router. You have to contact with your internet service provider and ask to resolve this issue.
