Internet explorer says no network connection

Hi there. I use a few years old PC for my work (updating my HHT devices) with head office. For last six months or so my computer seems very selective to go online. It is fine to open main page but any link it say’s” no internet connection found” I’ve wireless connection and Ethernet but same problem every time. Any help will be seriously appreciated.
