How long for facebook photo verification?

Hello,

Does anyone know how long it takes Facebook to give any kind of response when i get this message?

It really is a shame how Facebook treats their users! We hate to hear about issues such as yours. We, like you, wish Facebook would clearly explain why your account is in "TREATMENT" like it is.
