The computer is turning on but it shows no signal

After i change the boot to windows 8 which is not installed os, the boot won't show up and the monitor has no signal but the keyboard and mouse have power(lights)

My question is how am I able to fix my computer. It is not showing any boot up not even bios. But the computer is turning on. I have tried unplugging the cord and held the power button for 1min but nothing happened. Still no boot showing
