Connected to internet but can't browse

My computer is a Lenovo laptop with windows 10 upgrade added when it came out. For awhile I could get to the occasional website but now none despite the laptop showin internet connection. My phone and tablet are both working well with my wifi. I have tried solutions that have worked for others (despite having no idea what I was doing) but no luck. I really need some help! Thanks

Go to command prompt
In the Black Command Box Type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt

Hit Enter Key

Restart the computer and try to log in and browse the Internet.

If the problem persists, continue using these steps.
In command prompt

In Black Command Box Type: netsh winsock reset

Hit Enter Key

Restart Computer

I' still having some internet issues. The links on websites won't load and my email, whether hotmail, Gmail or windows live won't load. Do you have further advice? I really appreciated your easy to follow directions!
