How to get my Toshiba to start on safe mode

Hi can someone tell me how to get my toshiba to start on safe mode it will only start up as far as toshiba screen then a blue screen then a black screen iv tried f12 but can’t find any safe mode option

Hi there,

to get safe mode you need to keep press F8 during boot.
