Compaq presario cq60 suddenly turns off

Hello,

please i am using the compaq presario cq60 , sometimes the battery wont charge and it will only tell me plug in,not charging,after worlds have to do some hard reset on it and then started working again and then,after did that ever since then ,the laptop have been switching off him self after been charged fully at anytime when i removed the charger then it juts take me sometime and then go off until i put it on again
please help me
