Computer remains in power saving mode

Hello,
When i turn my pc it shows power saving mood only and then when i repress the monitor butter it shows to options repress the moniter botton or press any key from key bored or mouse but my keyboard mouse r attached but they r not working when i re shut down my computer it starts normally but at the end it again power saving mood

The "power saving mode" message is generated by the monitor when no signal is being received from the computer. It appears you have a motherboard or power supply problem. A local PC repair shop is your best option.
