Windows failed to start

Hello, I'm hardie akuli from png , I have a problem on my hp old brand laptop. The problem is, when I switch on button Windows failed to start, system BIOS
recovery has occurred .A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
The boot selection failed because a required device is not inaccessible..
How can I fix problem that preventing windows 7 from starting?

Hi,

Please, clear "the boot device is not inaccessible" what does it mean?

Have you tried to boot your Windows in Safe Mode? If it loads up normally, you might be dealing with malware that is causing the boot problems.
