Good day,
Seems that your laptop is having a short circuit while turning on, you can try disconnecting the important components: memories, hdd, dvd, wlan/wwan, battery, ac adapter, then press the power button for 15-20 secs.
Then try to turn on the laptop without components previously mentioned IF the laptop does the same (no display on, leds on then off) it´s a Motherboard problem, if not (it is detecting that the memories are out).
You can connect component by component while trying to turn it on to see if it´s one of them that are causing the issue.
Usually the issue is related to Motherboard.
