Ban cmnd didn't work

Hii.. when I use /rcon banClient ip player ...these cmnd can't working any help plz

You have to find the GUID of the player, not the IP address itself. So in your server console, you need to match the plyaer IP with the GUID. Use the GUID to BANCLIENT!
