Touchpad don't work simultaneously with keyboard

Hello,

I have Lenovo ideapad e41-15 laptop. When i play games the mousepad don't work at the same time with the keyboard. In my previous laptop acer one 14z422 this problem didn't occur. What should i do to fix the problem of my lenovo laptop? Thanks for any replies.

You must use an external mouse.
