I now know the answer
1) Open the troubleshooter
2) Wait....
3) Restart the PC
4) Troubleshoot one more time
5) All done! Windows should be activated!

Its okay now I reactivated windows successfully I opened the windows troubleshooter, thanks for trying to help!!
