Windows 10 Sound Not Working after UpdateClosed

Question

Hi,
I reinstalled Windows and now, my sound doesnt work.I tried to update all the drivers with no problem but the problem persists.What can I do ? 
It shows me  "No output device is istalled"
I tried : 
- Reinstall Windows once again
- restart pc
-manually unistall and reinstall drivers
-DriverEasy
-Windows Update

On my Device Manager i've got :
-INTEL SST AUDIO DEVICE
-NUVOTON SST Nau88L24 Codec Device

I used CPUZ to find the Motherboard and I cand find something reliable about it, or a driver at least.Hope you can help me.Here are the info from CPUZ:
Manufacturer: Visual Fan
Model: xxxxxx 1.0
Chipset: Intel ID2280 Rev.36
Soundbridge : Intel  ID229C Rev.36

So, is this an intel chip or AMD?  What is the motherboard type?

Had the same problem with my "alcatel plus 100" and just fixed it: audio is working now
i followed the instructions from here:  https://communities.intel.com/thread/116262
and used this: https://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/Intel/Intel-SST-Audio-Device-WDM-Driver-6041013527475232-for-Windows-10-Anniversary-Update.shtml#download
to download the intell sst device driver

Just uninstall the updates and make sure you turn off the internet. In this I have made several updates uninstall and made my work easier. You can also try in this way.
