LG monitor, D-Sub power saving mode?

D-Sub power saving mode is all I can get up on my AMD desktop. I think it's a problem with the LG monitor because it gets signal enough to try to start up. It shows windows then the d sub thing starts again. Please help irreplaceable videos!!

it's probably a video card driver or Windows Problem.
