Just displays gateway and stops there

my gateway laptop have a problem. when i power on it just display gateway and stops there. And display BIOS setting on the right bottom f2, BOOT menu f10. But non of those options is working. Any help please.

Perhaps you have a motherboard hardware error. I suspect you will need to take the laptop to a PC repair shop for diagnosis.
