Menu freeze on PlayStation

Hello,

If you do a hard reboot by turning the PlayStation and holding the button for 5 seconds until you hear the second beep sound, you may have to repeat the process until it beeps twice. That should fix the problem, but anything that is not saved on the PlayStation Network, will be deleted when you do the factory reset.
System Configuration: Android / Chrome 71.0.3578.83

I think everything that game files is stored in a cloud storage, you can also redirect it.
