OK, lets start with some details:
1. What OS?
2. Wired or Wireless?
3. Has it ever worked?
4. Have you contacted your ISP to have them assist you because you are already paying for tech support through them?
If you open CMD and run IPCONFIG /all, please post back the details in which is returned to you in the CMD screen. That will assist us in troubleshooting your issues.
