We get Netflix on out TV. We pay by Master Card monthly. We have no idea what our Netflix account # is. We want to change our credit card to which the payment is sent. Your system doesn't recognize our phone numbers or our email addresses. How can I talk with someone in person to get this accomplished? Please help!

Start the netflix app, or goto netflix.com. do you see the 800 number, call it!!
