Hello Friend after my dell inspiron beeping and it on but keep showing black what's wrongs with my dell inspiron laptop

Is there a pattern to the beeping? like two long and a short beep?

Yes before it went off .....and since it only charges and some sign of working but doesn't show anything expect black
