You can not change your alternate email if you don't have access to your account. To recover your account, you must use your other recovery methods.

I did have an alternate Email address but don't have access to it now. It was the Email provided to me by the University I was attending back then. That is why I do not have access to it now after I have graduated.
So, my question is, how can I change that Email address to my current one. In fact, I do know the Email address, but the problem is that I don't have access to it anymore.

To change the recovery email you must gain access to your account, to do that you need access to the recovery email which you no longer have.
