Confirm my identity on a device I've used before

Hello,

I have a facebook account, at present, i am unable to login to that account. It is asking that

Confirm your identity on another computer and asked to upload the ID for verification

Confirm your identity
To continue, please confirm your identity on a phone or computer that you've used before.

I tried and uploaded my passport for ID picture, but still, it asking the same again

Please help me to resolve this problem.

It would appear that they managed to get in contact with Facebook support and resolved the issue after providing copies of their ID in order to prove their identity.
