Internet not working...Closed

Question

Hello, 

Our spark Huawei HG659b modem will not work on any other devices except for the computer which the ethernet cable is connected to. The lights, power, WAN, internet, and LAN2 are blinking but not the WLAN. Please help.

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.120

To get started, just reboot your router. You can even several times.
Be sure to make sure that the Internet is paid, and there are no problems on the side of the provider. To find out, you can call the support of your Internet provider. Also, you can connect the Internet directly to the computer (if it is possible) and check whether it will work without a router. Check if the wires are correctly connected to the router. Also look at the indicators on the router itself (do they blink, as usual).
If the Internet works without a router, then you need to check the settings. Perhaps the settings have flown, and the router cannot connect to the Internet, establish a connection with an Internet provider. I don’t know which router you have, so look for instructions for your manufacturer on our website, in the "Configuring a router" section.
