Hello, it is possible that Yahoo believes you have not followed the terms of use. See here.
You can also try sending an email to the account you wish to recover, if you receive 'Error 554; delivery error. The address wasn't found', it is unlikely you will be able to recover the account.

If your Email plugin does not work, follow these steps:
disable your antivirus program if you have one and check if the Email plugin works (some antiviruses can block requests to the IMAP server, so the plugin may not work ).
Find the email settings in your antivirus program and disable them.
